Every pair is handcrafted and finished by a qualified podiatrist. Three components work together to offload, cushion and correct:

Returns Policy

Dr Foot Bespoke Plantar Fasciitis Insoles are handmade to order by a podiatrist after purchase. Each pair is individually manufactured and structurally modified during production using features such as the medial wedge and Plastazote heel cushion.

 

Because these products are manufactured specifically for each order and are not pre-stocked items, they are classified as made to order medical devices.

 

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised are exempt from the standard 14 day cancellation and return rights that apply to distance purchases.

 

For this reason, Bespoke Plantar Fasciitis Insoles cannot be returned or refunded once production has been completed and the order has been dispatched, unless the item is faulty.

 

However if the product is returned due to a packing error, administration error or because the item is faulty, you are entitled to a full refund within 28 days.

 

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges of returning it to us by refunding your return postage costs.
